Book a Space.

Booking with us is easy!

Please read the information below before making your first booking.

How it works: Make an account, or sign in to an existing account. Choose your desired space, date and duration. We require a credit card to hold the space. After you book your space and times, we will charge the credit card on file or send a request for payment if you choose to pay through Zelle or Venmo. Requests for payment must be paid upon receipt. After your invoice is paid, you will be sent an access link through our access platform, Kisi. See our Kisi page for more information on how it works.

You must include any time necessary for set-up and break-down in your reserved time, including any receptions you may be holding in the space or outside. The exterior doors must remain closed and locked at all times. If your clients or others attending your booking will need in and out access for the duration of the booking, you may share your Kisi access e-mail with them or you can choose the $25/hr add-on for an on-site staff member to unlock the exterior doors for the duration of your booking.

During the booking process, you must agree to our terms and conditions, which includes our cancellation policy.

EXTRA TIME: You will be charged if you stay beyond your booked time. You may add time to bookings subject to availability by making a new booking online up until the desired start time of the booking or by sending us a text/e-mail. If you prefer to pay for extra time via zelle or venmo, please indicate that, otherwise the card on file will be charged.

If you wish to book the Performance Room Event Package, choose your 3-hr event slot and select the Performance Room Event Add-on at checkout. If you wish to book recording session, please reach out to us to confirm engineer availability, then choose the Performance room and the appropriate Recording package add-on.

Please note there will be a small convenience fee on all credit card and venmo transactions.
