In addition to the amenities listed for each space, we offer full handicap accessibility, central heat/air-conditioning, free high-speed wifi, mirrors, music stands and chairs, chilled and filtered water bottle filler, 3 gender neutral restrooms, and two small waiting areas. An adjacent outdoor garden and covered plaza with tables, chairs and free wi-fi, may both be utilized by our guests. We do not provide amps, microphones, or stands unless otherwise noted.

We require a credit card to hold your space. After you book your spaces and times, we will charge the credit card on file or send a request for payment if you choose to pay through Zelle or Venmo. Requests for payment must be paid upon receipt. After your invoice is paid, you will be sent an access link through our access platform, Kisi. See our Kisi page for more information on how it works.

You must include any time necessary for set-up and break-down in your reserved time, including any receptions you may be holding in the space or outside. The exterior doors must remain closed and locked at all times. If your clients or others attending your booking will need in and out access for the duration of the booking, you may share your Kisi access e-mail with them or you can choose the $20/hr add-on for an on-site staff member to unlock the exterior doors for the duration of your booking.

During the booking process, you must agree to our terms and conditions, which includes our cancellation policy. You may cancel bookings up until 48 hours prior to start time for all Studios, Practice Rooms, the Rehearsal Room and non-event reservations of the Performance Room. Public Events in the Performance Room may be cancelled up until 7 days prior to start time. If you must cancel within the time frames above, you will not receive a refund, but we can offer credit on a future reservation (subject to availability.)

EXTRA TIME: You will be charged if you stay beyond your booked time. You may add time to bookings subject to availability by making a new booking online up until the desired start time of the booking or by sending us a text/e-mail. If you prefer to pay for extra time via zelle or venmo, please indicate that, otherwise the card on file will be charged.

Please note there will be a small convenience fee on all credit card and venmo transactions.

  • Performance Room

    650 sqft room featuring Steinway B grand piano. Curtains for adjustable acoustics. Flexible seating for up to 60 guests. Folding tables and chairs. Adjacent control room available as add on for recording projects. Hardwood floors.

    Epson - EX3280 3LCD XGA Projector with stand and Epson Duet 80” portable projector screen available.

    Double doors open onto large, covered outdoor plaza. Pre-arranged use of this outdoor space is available only in conjunction with Performance Room rentals.

    Please note: All events with a public audience, no matter their duration, will require an additional fee of $20/hr for an on-site manager. In your booking, you must include all necessary time for set-up and break-down, including any time needed for receptions indoors or outside

PRE-PAY PACKAGES

We offer discount packages for multiple bookings of any combination of rooms in the space, excluding the Control Room and Performance Room. If you would like to discuss a discounted rate for the Performance and Control Rooms please contact us via e-mail or phone. 501(c)3 non-profits receive 10% discount at all times on the Performance and Control Rooms.

All hours must be booked within 90 days of the first booking and paid upfront. You may choose a combination of Practice Rooms, Studios, and Rehearsal Room or all the same room type. Please send us an e-mail with the number of hours, types of room, and your preferred payment method. You may start booking your sessions online once you have paid in full for the requested package.
